Our state‐of‐the‐art warehouse in Derbyshire typically ships carrier orders either the same or next business day. Online orders are immediately sent through to the warehouse for packing.
- Orders received by post will be entered as soon as they are received, but will not be despatched for 7 working days to allow the cheques to clear. Credit card payments will be despatched immediately.
- You will receive an email order confirmation when the order is entered and completed online.
- The shipment confirmation email will contain tracking numbers associated with your order.
- We will also email invoices instead of sending paper invoices
